Hi-RiZ is the ultimate girl group of the millennial generation. Complete with an R&B/Soul, Hip-Hop, and Pop infused sound, these talented young women are on a mission to spread their message of girl power to audiences around the world. With a continually burgeoning fan base, all signs point to phenomenal success.

Hi-RiZ is compromised of four beauties—Bobi, Ivana, Monia, and Nadhari, all in their early-twenties and fiercely dedicated to their crafts. Bobi is a dope, rocker chick from Atlanta, while Ivana represents the energy and charm of The Philippines. Monia is St. Louis sophistication personified, and the royal Nadhari hails from Queens, New York City.

The group is the brainchild of legendary artist development mogul, Marvin “Marvelous” McIntyre of Marvelous Enterprises Artist Development Center and President of Right Time Records. In 2010, Mr. McIntyre conceptualized Hi-RiZ as four young women with the total entertainment package—top-notch vocals and dancing, delivered via an amazing live show. His portfolio boasts longstanding business relationships with American Music Award winners New Edition (since its inception), New Kids on the Block, and En Vogue. Mr. McIntyre managed Keith Sweat at the peak of his career, as he achieved four million in album sales and won the 1997 American Music Award for Favorite Male Soul/R&B Artist. Mr. McIntyre has consulted with several Grammy Award winners including Sean “Puff Daddy” Combs, Boyz II Men, TLC, Kandi Burruss (Xscape, Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Atlanta), Monica, T.I., Pink, and Ciara. He was instrumental in the development of Keri Hilson, 2009 Best New Artist recipient of the Soul Train Music and BET Awards, since the age of 14. Mr. McIntyre has also worked with newcomer and American Music Award winner Iggy Azalea. Anchored by the support of their founder, Hi-RiZ is in elite musical company and will surely take its place at center stage in the music industry.

The foursome’s social media presence has steadily catapulted, with thousands of dedicated Twitter followers. Hi-RiZ promoted their up-tempo club record “Shootin’ off,” written by Doramus “D-Ray” Roberts and co-written and produced by Elvis “Blac Elvis” Williams. Blac Elvis is the famed producer and co-writer of Beyoncé’s 2009 hit “Ego” and has co-produced several Top 40 singles for artists Usher, Fergie, Kelly Rowland, Ciara, the Pussycat Dolls, and countless others. Enthused by the energy of Hi-RiZ, his expertise resulted in the perfection of “Shootin’ off.” The song was met with outstanding reception from radio in the summer of 2011. Hi-RiZ notably appeared as guests on the The Mo’Nique Show that same year. The Academy Award winner and host praised the young women for their poise and coined them as “the definition of girl power.” From 2012-2014, the ladies were spotted performing on the BET College Tours, the Scream Tours, and shows with Mindless Behavior.

Hi-RiZ is forging ahead on a global promotional tour in support of their new music in 2015. The ensemble enlisted the production genius of Blac Elvis once again for their new project, as he delivered three new masterpieces with “Life Goes On,” “I'ma Get It,” and “Put One in the Air.” With the release of their single “The New Me,” (available on iTunes) written by Tarvoria Russ and produced by Jvon On Da Beat, Hi-RiZ speaks to the beauty in claiming one’s destiny and living life boldly— with no apologies offered. When asked to describe their new song, the ladies had this to say:

"‘The New Me’ is a song that I personally feel can reach the old school, new school, and the youth. It's innovating, empowering, and uplifting with a timeless feel. I hope that this will be one of the songs to reach many hearts around the world."

"If you’re searching for an anthem for 2015…look no more! ‘The New Me’ is bold, timeless, and full of personality. The message of the song is very clear—I’m starting fresh and doing me. It screams mass appeal with the strong old school pop influence of The Jackson 5’s “ABC” and today’s rendition of the sound created by Beyoncé’s “Love on Top.” It’s so catchy…you may find yourself singing along. It was brilliantly written by Tarvoria Russ and produced by Jvon On Da Beat. I’m so proud to have recorded such a wonderful song with so much meaning. I’m extremely excited for what’s to come for this record and pray you feel the same. This year is ours to take!"

“‘The New Me’ is a representation of everything positive that I'm expecting in life and everything positive that I plan to send out into the world."

“‘The New Me’ is a perfect representation of moving forward and focusing on nothing but positive vibes. There is no time for negativity.”

Together, the melodic voices of Hi-RiZ inspire women of all ages to find the courage to define their own purposes and make their own rules. Equipped with the right attitude, focus, and determination to win, Hi-RiZ will realize a thriving career, replete with the accolades of longevity.
